Real Stories

When things don't go to plan, we do

Helping students get accepted, visa'd and settled is the easy part to describe. The real test of a full-cycle agency is what happens when life gets complicated — here's how we've shown up for our students.

1

A Broken Hand, Far From Home

One of our students broke her hand shortly after arriving in Belarus — in a new country, with no family nearby, and unsure how the local healthcare system worked.

Our team accompanied her to multiple hospital visits, translated during every doctor's appointment, and made sure she understood her treatment plan and paperwork — so she never had to face it alone.

2

72 Hours to Get Her Home

A student lost her passport on a Wednesday — with a flight out of the country already booked for Saturday.

In three days, our team contacted her embassy, helped her file a police report, arranged a temporary travel document from abroad, and personally escorted her to the airport. She made her flight and got home safely.

3

Turning an Overstay Into a Safe Departure

A student realized he had overstayed his visa and was facing the migration office — worried about fines, detention, and an expensive last-minute flight.

We translated for him at the migration office and explained his situation clearly, then helped him find a cheaper travel route — saving him over $1,000 — with no detention and no further complications.

4

Clearing Up a Registration Mix-Up

A student signed a rental agreement but hadn't moved in yet — and the gap was never reported, which confused the migration office about his living situation.

We stepped in to explain the timeline and circumstances to the migration office, bridged the language barrier, and resolved the misunderstanding before it became a bigger issue.

5

Stopped at the Gate — and Cleared for Takeoff

A student was denied boarding at the airport over a question about his documents and proof of study.

We contacted the embassy and the university directly, gathered the necessary proof of enrollment and supporting documents, and got everything sorted so he could fly out as planned.

Human nature is unpredictable — so we stay flexible, think outside the box, and stick with our students until things are resolved.

This is what "full cycle" really means

Our support doesn't stop once you've landed. From your first application to whatever comes up along the way, our Belarus-based team is on your side.
